Professional Travel Planning

Great trips take more than a quick online search. They require research, destination knowledge, trusted supplier relationships, thoughtful recommendations, and time.

When you request a trip directly through Globetrotting Society, your travel advisor will take the time to understand your travel style, preferences, priorities, and budget before creating your experience. Professional planning fees apply to custom trip requests submitted directly through Globetrotting Society. Your fee covers the research, itinerary development, recommendations, and professional expertise involved in designing your trip.

Custom Vacation Planning

Starting at $150

Ideal for couples, solo travelers, families, and small groups looking for a customized vacation experience. This may include accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and other travel arrangements.

Complex & Multi-Destination Travel

Starting at $250

Designed for more detailed itineraries such as multi-city or multi-country travel, safaris, extended international vacations, and trips requiring more extensive research and coordination.

Group Travel Planning

Starting at $300

For milestone celebrations, birthdays, family and friend groups, retreats, destination celebrations, and other group experiences requiring additional coordination and individual traveler management.

Before We Begin Planning

Your initial consultation allows us to learn more about your trip and determine the level of planning required. Your exact planning fee will be confirmed following the consultation and must be paid before custom trip planning begins.

Planning fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of your travel arrangements.

Globetrotting Society advisors operate independently and may establish their own planning and service fees. If you choose to work directly with a specific advisor, that advisor's individual fee structure will apply.

We'll review your request and connect you with a GTS advisor. Your initial consultation gives us an opportunity to learn more about your travel style, priorities, and vision for the trip.
After your consultation, we'll confirm your planning fee. Once the fee is paid, your advisor will begin researching and designing your customized travel proposal.
Once you've selected your preferred travel arrangements, your advisor will guide you through booking and continue supporting you as you prepare for your trip.
