Globetrotting Society, LLC – Terms and Conditions

By booking travel services through Globetrotting Society, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Agency”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel arrangements made directly with the Agency or through any independent travel advisor operating under Globetrotting Society, LLC. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Agency.

Globetrotting Society, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel service providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). The Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the services provided by Suppliers. Independent travel advisors affiliated with Globetrotting Society may operate under their own business names; however, all bookings are processed under the Agency’s credentials and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Globetrotting Society, LLC works with independent travel advisors who operate as independent contractors and may conduct business under their own brand names. These advisors are not employees of Globetrotting Society, LLC.

While advisors utilize the Agency’s credentials, systems, and supplier relationships to arrange travel, they are solely responsible for their individual business practices, client communications, service fees, and representations made to clients.

Globetrotting Society, LLC is not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, or misrepresentations made by an independent advisor outside of the Agency’s approved systems, suppliers, or processes.

All bookings made through Globetrotting Society, LLC are subject to the Agency’s Terms and Conditions. However, any independent services, fees, or agreements established directly between the advisor and the client remain the responsibility of the advisor.

Globetrotting Society, LLC and its affiliated advisors may charge professional service or planning fees for research, itinerary design, consultation, booking management, and other travel-related services. Service fees compensate for the time, expertise, and professional planning services provided. Any applicable service fees will be clearly communicated prior to engagement and are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Service fees are separate from supplier pricing and may apply regardless of whether a booking is confirmed. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to these fees.

The Agency reserves the right to revoke advisor access to its systems, platform, and supplier relationships at any time if an advisor fails to operate in accordance with Agency standards, policies, or professional expectations.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure travel arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable. Final payment dates will be provided at the time of booking and must be met to avoid cancellation. By providing payment information, you authorize Globetrotting Society, LLC to process payments on your behalf with the appropriate suppliers. The Agency reserves the right to decline certain forms of payment, including personal checks or cash.

Failure to submit payment by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation or the addition of late fees. Cancellation penalties are determined by the supplier and are the responsibility of the client.

By providing payment information to the Agency or its affiliated advisors, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate. You agree not to dispute any charges with your financial institution, provided that the charges correspond to the agreed-upon services and applicable supplier terms.

All travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until payment has been received and confirmed. Quotes provided are not guaranteed and may change without notice due to supplier pricing adjustments, availability, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond the Agency’s control. Reservations are not considered confirmed until deposits or full payments have been processed and accepted by the Supplier.

All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier. Penalties may apply, including full loss of funds, depending on the timing of cancellation and the Supplier’s policies. Refunds, if applicable, are issued in accordance with Supplier policies and timelines. The Agency does not control the issuance or timing of refunds and is not responsible for delays, denials, or discrepancies in refund processing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travel arrangements. By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge that you understand the potential financial risks associated with cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The Agency and its advisors are not responsible for losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance coverage.

All reservations must be made in the traveler’s full legal name as it appears on the government-issued identification that will be used during travel. Any changes to a name after booking may result in fees or cancellation, as determined by the supplier. The Agency is not responsible for errors in names provided by the traveler. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all travel documents and notify the Agency immediately of any discrepancies.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, identification, and any health-related documentation required by your destination. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel and may require blank visa pages. Information provided regarding entry requirements is based on U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate consulate. The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper or incomplete documentation.

Clients are responsible for reviewing travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State and any health or vaccination requirements for their destination. The Agency is not responsible for denied travel or entry due to failure to comply with such requirements.

Requests for changes to confirmed itineraries may result in additional fees imposed by Suppliers. The Agency is not responsible for costs associated with voluntary or involuntary changes, including but not limited to schedule changes, missed connections, or changes due to weather, mechanical issues, or other external factors.

All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers, and as such, the Agency shall not be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, damages, or irregularities caused by any Supplier. This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, hotel conditions, overbookings, mechanical failures, labor disputes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, or any other event beyond the Agency’s control. Any disputes regarding travel services must be addressed directly with the Supplier.

Globetrotting Society, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from the use of travel services arranged through the Agency. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid to the Agency for the travel services in question.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, confirmations, and itineraries upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Failure to notify the Agency of errors in a timely manner may result in additional costs, for which the Agency shall not be held responsible.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered and documented. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the Agency for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees, collection efforts, or legal action.

Globetrotting Society works with independent travel advisors who may assist in planning and booking your travel. Regardless of which advisor you work with, all bookings are processed under Globetrotting Society, LLC and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Globetrotting Society, LLC may collect personal information including name, contact details, and travel preferences in order to provide travel services. This information is used solely for booking, communication, and service-related purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to complete travel arrangements or as required by law.

Globetrotting Society, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your travel, including those of your departure and destination locations. You are responsible for staying informed of any travel advisories, entry requirements, or restrictions that may impact your trip.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Georgia law.

By submitting payment, signing an invoice, signing a contract, or otherwise confirming travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions. You understand that this is a legally binding agreement and a release of liability, and you agree to these terms voluntarily.
